Awesome work compiling this list! Just a suggestion, but it might be easier if you can group the rolling firms together and non-rolling firms together (or make the distinction a bit more obvious some other way)?

I think what Alice has said here is spot on. No firm would expect you to have detailed knowledge of every sector - I'm not sure that's even realistic tbh! My approach was pretty much the one that Alice has given in the above example, so I reckon if you follow that you won't go far wrong :)
You have to do the WG test each time with each different firm to which you apply. Different firms may have different versions of the WG tests, different pass marks/marking criteria etc. etc. and so these results do not get transferred across between firms
I think firms will be taking results this year with a pinch of salt tbh so I wouldn't worry! There's been a lot of disruption to studies for A-levels and for university study which firms will take into account so you definitely will still have a good chance of securing a TC at city firms!
Really sorry to hear. If it helps I also got rejected from Latham today for a direct TC (forgot I'd submitted the app) and, not to blow my own trumpet, I would like to think I'm a reasonable candidate so that suggests to me that they got their 2022 cohort from their winter and summer vac...
