I personally wouldn't include module breakdowns for A-levels and GCSEs, mostly because I have no idea what they were or how to find them as I did them >10 years ago... But I also can't imagine why a firm would need to know these
It's useful interview experience no matter how badly it went! I used to find it so frustrating when people told me this but I have actually really seen an improvement in my interview performance the more practice I get at them!
Hi @chillblue - congrats on being invited to interview! I had this VI last week - it was very informal, much more so than any other TC interviews I've ever had, so I'd say to feel free to relax and chat with the interviewer! And another tip is to be familiar with the ACTS framework 🙂 good luck!
Yes there was a Q&A session with the office head.
The paired exercise was okay, we were given some information to read with a scenario and some context that was emailed to you just before the day started, then you had time to discuss in your pairs and then present to the assessors. Nothing too...

I am doing some interview prep and would appreciate some thoughts on a possible answer to the "what's your biggest weakness" question... I have realised that sometimes when I make a mistake, my initial instinct is to try and pretend it never happened or to cover it up. (If it's relevant, I have...
Absolutely! I generally feel like you should include pretty much all experience in all applications as there are always transferrable skills, but this sounds particularly relevant to me!
