Hey @AB,
Congratulations on obtaining an interview!
Some tips I can give you:
The interview is divided into a motivation part and a case study part. The motivation part assesses your motivation to join the firm whilst the case study part is an oral case study where you are presented with a...
I personally do not think this is entirely true. I think direct training contracts are open to everyone but a lot of people applying are working candidates in law or in other sectors so I would not worry too much about it.
Hey @VacayScheme,
Congratulations for obtaining the assessment centre.
I have shared some tips on assessment centres in general here which might be helpful to you to...
Hey @TCinpipeline,
I can totally relate to your situation. When I was applying last year I felt like it would have been very difficult to actually and genuinely express why I was interested in commercial law, especially as a non-law student. Some tips that I would give you based on your...

You can always email a firm and tell them your circumstances and more often than not they will accommodate you and carry the assessment centre online for you. Law firms are pretty understanding when it comes to things like that so I personally would not worry too much about this. If you get an...
Chances are they are very busy this time of the year. I would personally email them one more time but after that I would not email again. I would wait for the results on their end. I understand the frustration of waiting to hear back and when I was applying last year I was emailing to ask for...
What I would do with this question is:
Describe your current situation: whether you are working, studying, doing a master, working part-time or full time, anything of this nature. This will ensure that whoever is reading knows at what stage of your career/life you are.
Secondly, I would...
