I think the answer to this is really firm-specific and I would do my research on each firm I am applying to - I think there is a list on this forum somewhere that indicates which firms save spots for direct TC applications - at these firms, I have an (unconfirmed/unsupported) tendency to think...- moxiebobo

LPC or SQE?
Hmm should I be concerned then that my TC offer is to start Feb 2024 but haven't started SQE yet (with no view to starting it this September)? I saw that there is also a Feb intake for the SQE course I think I'm on so thought I would likely start then?- moxiebobo

will hop in and say that i'm 99% sure you can! there are only a couple work exclusions from youth mobility visa (e.g. entrepreneurship) and i don't believe they include legal services work!- moxiebobo

hey i don't think it 'converts' but i think if you just get a student T4 visa sponsored by ULaw or whoever and whenever that starts would mean your graduate visa ends. So you might 'lose time' (i.e. the remainder of time you had left on the graduate visa)- moxiebobo

Does anyone have an idea of the right amount of detail for the Freshfields Work Exp section? Doesn’t seem to have word limit and box to put text says ‘Detail Work Experience’. So not much of an indication as to how brief/detailed. Apologies if this has been queried recently.- moxiebobo
