i sympathise - it absolutely is an emotional rollercoaster! some ideas based on things i’ve done this week - go watch something absolutely terrifying or thigh-slapping funny; strenuous exercise always helps me get my mind off things (i can’t think of anything when i’m running long distances)...- Adrian_S
