highly recommend getting your feedback from grad rec – their reasons for rejecting me were about fit but I openly told them about how i found the interviewers standoffish and uninterested and she was appreciative to hear feedback on the interview experience from my side
I did close to maybe ~30 apps since september? I ranked firms in order of priority to me and spent the most time on those and the others were more churned out but i found that once i nailed down answers to the key questions that come up often (why commercial law/recent news story etc) and found...
Got the rejection from V&E just now too. Tbh i found their interview style a bit off putting and they really didn’t seem interested in ask me many questions so not surprised
also got a PFO from debevoise (expected tbh) but at the end, they said "however, we wanted to write to you personally to say that we were certainly impressed with your application and therefore would encourage you to reapply again next year" ?
