    It really can take weeks and mean nothing either way. All it takes is a partner being busy or on leave and before you know it you’re three weeks down the line. If you’re using a recruiter just nudge them once a week for an update and keep on looking in the meantime.

    I wouldn’t tbh. Partners are super busy, and frankly they are often even quite far removed from the juniors at their own firm, let alone from you. Unless you’ve spoken to them personally before I would just let it go.

    Just to give some perspective: I’ve failed a module. Resat the exam. Passed. Declared it on my applications. Still got a TC. Don’t sweat it.
