It starts off with a practice question then followed by 2 questions!
Apparently the questions are generated randomly from a question bank so every candidate gets different ones. I had a strengths question and a commercial awareness question.
You have 1 minute 30 seconds to answer each...
Congratulations!!
I've not heard back from the VI yet so safe to assume its a PFO? 😂 I wish firms would just send out the PFOs before they start their AC/final interview process
Ahh congratulations and thank you for the info! I'm assuming its a PFO then for me if the ACs are so close. But I guess I won't count myself yet till they email me a confirmation.
Its very similar to the Linklaters test. They basically try to decipher your personality using SJT sort of scenarios, then its followed by the Watson Glaser. There's a preparation hub where you can do practice questions in the email to the test :)

WFW VI invite! - Would appreciate any information about the number of/time limit for questions and type of questions that come up! :)
Hi @Jessica Booker I was wondering if firms check all the work experience inputted on the application form during pre-employment screenings or if they only go back a set number of years?
I have a lot of long-term informal volunteer work from when I was in school from 2010-2014. Most of it was...
Thank you so much for the information! I'll make sure to practice my competency/motivational question method.
I was wondering if there were any commercial awareness questions? I'm quite worried about how to answer such a question in a limited timeframe 😅
Bird & Bird VI!
If anyone has any suggestions or information about the type of questions etc I will be eternally grateful! This is usually the part of the application process that I fail miserably :)
It's been over a week, and I have not yet heard back from the firm. I don't want to email them again incase they find me annoying/I leave a bad impression.
But I'm glad I informed them! I will just accept the consequences of my mistake and take it as a lesson for next time :)
Thank you so much for the advice and sharing your experience @George Maxwell!
I have emailed Graduate Recruitment informing them of the mistake and asked them if it would be possible to make the alteration :)
Hi I've realised I made a terrible error on one of my training contract application forms 🥲. Instead of putting I did my degree at UCL I had written that it was done at UAL.
The deadline for the application was on the 3rd of June. I had submitted it before the deadline but only noticed it today...
Is anyone applying to TLT? I'm a bit confused by their application format.
The education history is laid out like:
Education level:
Start date - End date:
Qualifications:
Summary:
There doesn't seem to be a separate category for secondary/college so would I put my grades for these sections...
