I asked for my Watson Glaser report and was told: "We are still reviewing summer vacation scheme applications currently and will start to look at training contract applications in the next few weeks so will be able to send this to you then." This was on January 22nd.

I don't know whether next week is the last set of AC's. I haven't seen anyone receive an invite in the past week or so, so if any more invites are sent out, they might send them after these ACs... I could be completely wrong... just speculation

I think if I was answering this question, I would speak about an outstanding personal achievement like reaching a certain violin grade. I would then explain the skills gained from the process (time-management and resilience for the example I gave). I would then explain how I used these skills...
