In my experience, I've only ever been asked for one academic reference and one non-academic reference. I've not been asked to provide references for anything else 🙂
Have an example or two for each up your sleeve and ask the interviewer what they want - you might also wish to tailor it depending on what department the interviewer works in :)
I personally don't do anything related to the interview the day of, I just chill and have my mind elsewhere. Found I got too in my head otherwise and it affected performance! Take a while to clear your head and just focus on feeling calm etc.
Best of luck with your interview!
Whenever works for me, just a bit of notice so I can block an evening g out in my diary and make sure I don't need my zoom on for anything else 🙂
I've a bottle of single malt and a bottle of blended rum I was given at Christmas sitting in the cupboard, longing to be opened. Might need to...
Generally, whatever you'd use for LinkedIn will be okay here. All I did for my profile picture (the one I use here) was chuck a shirt on and have my fiancee photograph me against a wall in the house. 5 minutes of editing on my phone and a black and grey filter hides 99% of the issues and works...

Sounds like you're totally on the right path here! You could focus on 3 issues and matching solutions, but I wouldn't personally rule out doing at least one new opportunity and next steps combination too. While the 'rona has caused loads of challenges etc, I think in this type of question it is...
