Hi, Don't apply for March 2023 as that intake is being recruited on a rolling basis. They should be making offers at the end of this month. Yeah, don't overthink it too much :) Look at the qualities/skills they look for in their trainees - You'll find those on their website. I don't think you have to give examples of your own experience here - rather do that in your cover letter.- Sonia_Kawaii

I am skeptical about the SQE tbh. It is very 'new' and many firms haven't crossed over to the SQE route and don't intend to for another few years. I have a QLD and I can either do the LPC or the SQE. I am not worried about the course or how to qualify as a UK solicitor, but rather how to fit in my career motivations/career change in a timed interview.- Sonia_Kawaii
