I'm not exempt either - but I strongly suspect rather than classing it by exempt they'll be putting together everyone who will need extra time of some sort in the assessment. I imagine an HR partner would always be aware of what the firm is doing in the market, even if that can get quite technical - and some of them do actually even have law degrees! So as long as you don't ask them their opinion of a specific section of idk the civil procedure rules and keep it...- Kablahc

No, nobody's heard back from interviews yet as far as I know! In terms of turnaround from the WG they actually sent me the WG before the closure of the application deadline because I applied quite early. Then I got the video interview soon after the app deadline (did it a couple weeks ago now)...- Kablahc

I worry about this all the time since I know, brutal honesty, there are firms out there that might. But I can tell you - it's best to be upfront about it because if a firm indirectly discriminates against you for having these personal issues then they're 100% not the type of firm that you want...- Kablahc
