I watched some Suits clips last night and I first watched this show with my dad. Back then I thought it was so cool to become a lawyer. When I first started uni, I genuinely wanted to become a lawyer. But now I don't think I still "want to" become a lawyer, it just felt...
I had the same clause in my employment contract for my previous paralegal role. So I contacted HR and asked whether I needed to disclose a vacation scheme. And they surprisingly said no! I guess this varies between companies/law firms but it's best to ask them about the policy before booking...

Had my TW AC yesterday and it was really intense. My brain went completely blank for the case study interview so I pretty much lost hope from the start of the AC. This is my first case study interview tho so I will definitely get better with more practice.

How do trainee solicitors strike the balance between taking initiatives and seeking supervision/support in real life? Got really confused doing SJTs. I felt like in uni I would always choose the options that prioritise personal initiatives but now I'm working I feel the opposite is more realistic??
