I wouldn’t read into why you haven’t heard back yet - they’re a small grad rec with so many schemes/initiatives on the go. They simply may have not even started looking at 2024 TCs yet!
Is it part game based part standard WGT? The email references an aptitude part but not sure if this means standard questions or is just part of the ‘game’!
Do you mean pausing before answering the question? If so, then yes, pausing can be good because you can get time to gather your thoughts and put together a more convincing answer
