    Received the same for Spring VS. I agree I am not sure what the take should be on that email. But honestly, without sounding too pessimistic, I believe mid feb is too late to be considered for a Spring VS surely if it will take them that long? It would make more sense if it was for a summer...

    Hi @Jessica Booker I was wondering when citing cases that a law firm has worked on, is it okay to mention cases that they have worked on in the US (for an American firm) or would you advise that any cases that you cite in an application should be UK specific? Thank you!

    It would make sense if it was today but considering that the conformation said “we aim to get back to you within the next two weeks” it don’t think we can be 100% certain.     Hi all! I see that the deadline for the Latham & Watkins SVS is this Sunday and that the automatic test needs to be completed within 72 hours after confirmation. To be clear, I assume that the 72h deadline can overrun the deadline of the 8th? Does anyone happen to know? thanks!
