    From my personal experience, just apply to anything you think looks interesting (even if they ask for a minimum amount of years of experience) - if the recruiter thinks you’re a good fit, they will consider you, irrespective of the “mandatory requirements”

    I personally wouldn't write off Milbank so soon, it seems that they were still offering ACs in Feb last application cycle :) Additionally, W&C has been known to take a while to get back to applicants, so I would just try to be patient!

    from my experience, no. i think its more important that you understand how JD is different from their competitors and other law firms in the market (esp from other US law firms)
